Our Cost:
One time non-refundable administrative fee of $800.00
The weekly rent is $250. Four weeks paid prior to move in is $1000.00. Total due at move in is $1800.

- Vehicle (must be legal)
- Framed pictures for your room
- Cell Phone
Items not to bring:
- Narcotic Medication
- Over the counter medication of any kind must be approved by management
- Clothing with drug/alcohol related messages
- Weapons of any kind
- Mouthwash, medicines or sanitizers with alcohol
